1. Purpose
The system is used to create albums, collect photos, videos and wishes, prepare QR cards and share album content with authorized people. The organization is responsible for operating its installation and informing its users.
2. Accounts and security
Admins create user accounts. Use your account only for assigned tasks. Do not share your password or single-use verification or recovery codes.
Members can change their own passwords and enable two-factor authentication. Report suspected unauthorized access to the organization administrator.
3. Workspaces and member permissions
The workspace owner adds members, assigns permissions and can remove membership. Creating or deleting albums, uploading or downloading files, designs, links and changing album limits require separate permissions.
Authorized actions are performed on behalf of the workspace. Members and album clients can only perform the actions available to them. The workspace owner can view members and activity records.
4. Content and sharing rights
Only add content you have the right to upload and share. Respect privacy, copyright and any permissions needed for content depicting children. Uploading content does not transfer ownership rights to the organization or other users.
The album owner and authorized members can view, download and, within their permissions, delete photos, videos and wishes in the album. Explain this access to clients and guests before collecting content.
5. Links and album access
Consider who can add content when sharing a QR or upload link. Share password-protected album access and gallery viewing links only with intended recipients.
Disabling or changing a link limits subsequent access. Previously downloaded files and shared copies may remain with recipients. Check text, dates, dimensions and the QR destination before printing a card.
6. Storage capacity and duration
Album storage and day limits are set directly by an admin or an authorized member. Changing limits is marked as a risky permission because it affects capacity and duration.
New content cannot be added when active capacity is insufficient, the duration has expired or uploads are disabled. Files in expired albums or exceeding capacity may be deleted, starting with the oldest uploads. Download important copies beforehand.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account, bypass permissions or disrupt the system. The organization administrator may investigate unauthorized use and restrict access.
8. Privacy and activity records
Information about account, guest and album actions may be retained to operate and secure the system and identify who performed an action. The privacy information explains this further.

For account access, permissions, content removal, storage or personal information requests, contact the album manager or organization administrator. The organization provides the contact channel for this installation.
